I'm a multidisciplinary designer and artist based in Kirkland, Washington. My journey into design started back in 2011 when I arrived in the Emerald City and felt inspired to pursue my true passion. That inspiration led me to The Art Institute of Seattle, where I earned my degree in Web Design and Interactive Media.
Over the past 13 years, I've built a strong career, working with a variety of companies across different industries. It's been an exciting ride, and I love what I do!

As a Senior Usability Designer at ServiceNow, I play a critical role in shaping user-centric software tools and interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other key stakeholders, to ensure that our products are not only functional but also intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
With a deep understanding of user research, interaction design principles, and usability best practices, I identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. I translate insights into actionable design solutions by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts.
I am a strong advocate for the end user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that business goals align with user expectations. By staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving design methodologies, I contribute to continuous innovation and help maintain ServiceNow’s reputation for delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
