Problem statement
Several different specialities and teams work on different area of the AtoZ app. Without careful governance, this can lead to a disjointed and inconsistent experience. Our sister tenant was implementing a new IA that would not work for our complex workflow. We wanted to build something that would allow users to easily find and complete tasks, but also created a cohesive experience.
Current state
Improve the user experience for AtoZ Schedule and related product navigation and increase the discoverability of WSTT products.
